July 16, 2009 marked a special day in my family. Not only was it my Dad's 60th birthday, but it was the day we were able to do temple work for my brother Michael. What a neat experience it was to be in the temple with my family knowing my Dad was acting as a proxy for my brother. I wish everyone could have been their. But, it's just too hard to work out schedules for a lot of people. It was a day we were excited for & we had a lot of anticipation for it this past year. It's comforting to know that his work is now done. Now for the day that we can be together again!!

What a neat experience. After my nephews were killed we all went for Steven, the18 year old. He would have been 22 this year. We know he is doing marvelous work on the other side.
That was an awesome day Mel, it was such a priviledge to be there with your mom and dad, Alli and Gr & Gr Strebeck. Thanks for being such a wonderful sister to your brothers - as well as those dang Hallows kids!
